Return Window: Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
