Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Yardi's Heartwood! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures promptly and securely within Israel. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped within Israel via Israel Post or a local courier service. Estimated delivery time is up to 21 days after processing.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available, once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order within Israel.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over 300 ILS.

Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.
If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at yardengotshal@gmail.com.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is currently available only within Israel.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material. These will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Yardi’s Heartwood is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@yardisheartwood.com with photos of the damage for assistance.
